About the role
- Develops and leads the marketing and commercialization strategy for their respective channel of business
- Creates channel-specific commercialization strategies rooted in consumer, shopper, and channel insights
- Develops and communicates sales and execution standards for each respective channel of business
- Collaborates with the Customer and Sales Operations teams to develop commercialization plans
- Manages projects and initiatives from concept development through implementation
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience managing a P and L
- 5-7 years leading a team in the Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods industry
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of graphics software preferred
- Bachelor's Degree is required
