About the role

  • Work as a strategic finance business partner to the Chief Customer Officer and Chief Commercial Officer
  • Provide financial guidance on day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives
  • Focus on customer profitability, trade spend optimization, and collaborative business planning
  • Ensure financial integrity and drive operational efficiency through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration
  • Contribute to the development of financial tools and processes that support continuous improvement and commercial excellence
  • Support the month-end close process and external year-end audit with accurate and timely reporting
  • Present monthly financial performance results with executive leadership
  • Facilitate quarterly rolling estimate deliverables with business partners
  • Facilitate annual business planning cycle for Revenue Planning, National Sales and Commercial operating expenses
  • Track brand partner funding across customer agreements and initiatives
  • Oversee Stages & Gates process for innovation product launches from a financial perspective
  • Create profitability P&Ls for ad-hoc commercial projects
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture and preparing talent for future leadership roles

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA, CPA, CFA or equivalent designation preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years managing teams
  • Experience in customer finance, commercial planning, or retail channel support strongly preferred
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Advanced financial analysis and problem-solving capabilities
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP and Anaplan experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Commitment to ethical business practices and financial integrity.
