About the role

  • Work under the Quality Assurance Manager
  • Assist QA Supervisor with consumer complaint investigation
  • Maintain the retrieved complaint sample log and ensure proper retention of samples
  • Daily Sanitation scorecard
  • Tracking of Annual CpK studies and assist QA Supervisor to ensure completion of same
  • Weekly NCR documentation audit to ensure accuracy
  • Create Maintenance notifications
  • Document control for QA Documents
  • Assist QA Manager for action tracking (EJT Database)
  • Sample shipments
  • Assist with Raw Material or process trials

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Prior production/manufacturing experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
  • MS Office Experience including intermediate Excel skills, SAP
  • Flexibility to work weekends
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills, oral and written, required
  • Ability to handle responsibilities and work both independently and as a team member
  • Strong analytical skills / highly organized
