About the role
- Performs pre-settlement and/or cashiering duties in a Distribution Center
- Submits daily route deposits, driver over and short research and resolution (cash and product/load)
- Review and verify end of day driver paperwork
- Run daily route status report to verify that all delivery routes settled
- Ensure proof of deliveries are included in driver paperwork (DSD, store stamps, etc.)
- Finalize driver Handheld and adjust any reconciling items
- Research Mail Checks, print backup and code in Payment Manager
- Maintain Missing Documents Log
- Maintain driver compliance, settlement reconciliation and driver deposit log
- Review settlement exception reports and resolve issues
- Work with warehouse inventory personnel to resolve SAP
- Submit daily check deposits via check scanner and banking portal
- Monitor credit card payments through Clover portal
- Works closely with distribution, settlement and cash teams to identify and correct variances
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Some college preferred
- Experience in cash room environment preferred
- Sitting (80%), bending, walking and kneeling
- Occasional lifting of up to 50lbs
