About the role
- Develop and implement a customized region commercialization plan.
- Translate the total company channel commercial strategies into customized market unit tactics that meet the needs of the local region.
- Identify key needs of the local region and generate creative and customized commercial solutions to meet those needs while achieving goals and objectives set forth in the channel-centric commercial strategies.
- Ensure localized commercial marketing projects are aligned with corporate partner brand and company standards, policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with marketing capabilities, customer teams, channel commercialization and consumer connections to ensure marketing plans are effectively implemented at the local level.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Knowledge acquired through 3 to up to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in sales operations with a beverage distributor / bottler
