About the role
- Development, organization, deployment, administration and monitoring of all health and safety programs
- Thorough implementation and execution of HSE programs and processes
- Assessments to identify hazards or potential impacts
- Investigate accidents and injuries and prepare appropriate reports
- Implement proactive safety programs
- Participate in the development and implementation of HSE programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Diploma or certificate in a safety-related program preferred
- 3+ years of HSE experience
- 3+ years in a leadership/management role
- Fluency in both French and English required
- CRSP designation is an asset
- Experience in a multi-site warehouse, distribution and fleet environment considered an asset
- Ability to travel as required by operational needs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
