About the role

  • Provide enterprise-level HR leadership by leading a team of HR Directors, HRBPs, and HR professionals
  • Partner with executive and senior leaders across multiple locations and geographies
  • Oversee and drive key HR programs, including employee engagement, workforce planning, compensation planning, talent development, and succession planning
  • Develop and execute employee relations strategies
  • Lead and oversee complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7+ years of progressive leadership experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • BA in Human Resources or Business preferred
  • PHR/SPHR or CP/SCP preferred
