About the role
- Provide enterprise-level HR leadership by leading a team of HR Directors, HRBPs, and HR professionals
- Partner with executive and senior leaders across multiple locations and geographies
- Oversee and drive key HR programs, including employee engagement, workforce planning, compensation planning, talent development, and succession planning
- Develop and execute employee relations strategies
- Lead and oversee complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7+ years of progressive leadership experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Valid Driver’s License
- BA in Human Resources or Business preferred
- PHR/SPHR or CP/SCP preferred
