About the role
- Lead and manage the RGM team, including direct supervision of RGM Managers and Leads
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive RGM strategies to optimize pricing, promotion, and product mix
- Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and performance data to identify strategic growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure RGM initiatives are integrated with business objectives
- Provide coaching, guidance, and professional development for RGM Managers and team members
- Present RGM insights, recommendations, and results to senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the RGM function
- Liaise with CCBSS and The Coca-Cola Company to ensure alignment of RGM strategies, share best practices, and leverage resources for optimal business outcomes
- Support the Vice President of Capabilities and RGM in strategic planning and special projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field required
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Strategy, or related roles within the beverage or consumer goods industry
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
