About the role

  • Lead and manage the RGM team, including direct supervision of RGM Managers and Leads
  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive RGM strategies to optimize pricing, promotion, and product mix
  • Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and performance data to identify strategic growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure RGM initiatives are integrated with business objectives
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and professional development for RGM Managers and team members
  • Present RGM insights, recommendations, and results to senior leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the RGM function
  • Liaise with CCBSS and The Coca-Cola Company to ensure alignment of RGM strategies, share best practices, and leverage resources for optimal business outcomes
  • Support the Vice President of Capabilities and RGM in strategic planning and special projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field required
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Strategy, or related roles within the beverage or consumer goods industry
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
