About the role
- Design and build AI-powered workflows using Microsoft Copilot, ServiceNow, Power Platform, and automation tools
- Turn concepts into scalable, user-friendly solutions adopted across the enterprise
- Partner closely with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, People & Culture, and IT
- Spend time in the field with drivers, merchandisers, warehouse, and sales teams to ground solutions in real work
- Create prototypes, pilots, and production-ready tools with security and governance built in
- Help shape and execute our first 12-month AI roadmap
- Establish reusable patterns, frameworks, and best practices for long-term scaling
Requirements
- 3–7 years designing and delivering AI, automation, or low-code solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot
- Comfortable translating business needs into intuitive tools
- Curious, consultative, and biased toward action
- Confident operating when requirements are evolving and clarity must be created
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, or equivalent experience
- Microsoft, Power Platform, or AI certifications a plus but not required
