• Providing expert product knowledge and training to customers, ensuring they fully understand and can effectively use the systems.
• Troubleshooting complex issues, upgrading systems in the field, and acting as a liaison between customers, technical support, and our engineering teams.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, share technical insights, and contribute to future product developments.
• Expected to travel extensively throughout your assigned territory, with occasional international travel.
