About the role
- Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments, understand their needs and preferences, and tailor acquisition efforts accordingly.
- Generate high-quality leads through effective lead generation techniques.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Optimize conversion funnels to maximize the conversion rate of acquired leads to customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in customer acquisition.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and business development team to ensure smooth handoff and alignment of customer acquisition efforts with sales objectives.
- Track KPIs and prepare regular reports for the leadership team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream, preferably business.
- 4+ years of experience in sales/ business development.
- Proven experience in customer acquisition in the B2B industry, preferably textile.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and email marketing software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer acquisition.
