About the role
- Delivering high-quality customer service in person, by phone, and email, with a strong focus on mine site safety and compliance requirements
- Preparing hire schedules, quotes, and invoices in line with site standards and regulatory obligations
- Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, and breakdowns, ensuring all activities meet mine site access, safety, and compliance requirements
- Working closely with customers, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure equipment is fit-for-purpose and compliant for mine site use
- Assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment
Requirements
- Previous face-to-face customer service experience
- A desire to provide amazing customer experience
- General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Capability to learn and absorb technical information
