About the role

  • accountable for the successful execution of all equipment installation and field deployment projects across the ANZ and International Market Region
  • leads the Installation and Field Operations teams, overseeing the physical deployment of hardware systems and on-site implementations
  • facilitates cross-functional alignment to ensure timely, efficient, and commercially profitable delivery
  • drives operational excellence across the complete hardware installation lifecycle
  • responsible for managing field technicians, coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams
  • ensuring all physical installations meet quality standards and client specifications
  • monitors and reports on project financial performance

Requirements

  • 10+ years in installation deployment/construction management with proven project delivery track record
  • 5+ years leading high-performance teams and culture development
  • Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members to achieve exceptional results
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining momentum
  • Understanding of value engineering, construction laws, and local codes
  • Hardware deployment, integration, and installation process knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving skills to navigate technical challenges
