Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of experience implementing process improvements using data and metrics
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL skills (or equivalent analytical tools)
  • Experience in building scalable processes, project management frameworks, and schedules
  • Proven success in operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
