About the role

  • Define program requirements aligned to business needs and data insights
  • Lead end-to-end program delivery from concept through execution and implementation
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives, ensuring milestones, scope, and timelines are achieved
  • Develop and track program metrics, dashboards, and reporting to monitor performance and impact
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, drive improvements, and inform decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of experience implementing process improvements using data and metrics
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL skills (or equivalent analytical tools)
  • Experience in building scalable processes, project management frameworks, and schedules
  • Proven success in operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
