About the role
- Own the product roadmap and prioritize features aligned with business goals and customer needs
- Partner with Engineering and Design to continuously discover, define, and deliver high-impact solutions
- Maintain a healthy product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Deeply understand customer pain points and gather feedback to shape product direction
- Act as the subject matter expert for internal teams and external customers
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on go-to-market strategies and product launches
- Ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery in 2-week sprint cycles
- Monitor product adoption and performance to refine the roadmap and improve outcomes
- Reduce reliance on Tech Leads by taking ownership of requirement documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in product management, technical program management, or software development
- Hands-on experience with B2B products, digital platforms (web/mobile), and customer engagement
- Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, SQL, Go, or C++ is a plus
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and risk management
- Proven ability to drive results in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
