Technical Product Manager

• Act as the Technical Product Owner for SAP EWM/RTS, managing the product backlog and prioritizing features based on business value.
• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product demos.
• Facilitate workshops to gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Oversee WRICEF documentation, configuration, and testing for SAP EWM solutions.
• Ensure traceability of requirements from business needs through UAT and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules (SC, SD, LO, MM, FICO) and external systems (e.g., Tracelink, RF devices).
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse operations.
• Continuously assess system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
