About the role
- Handle a broad range of commercial real estate and insolvency matters
- Manage acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
- Oversee commercial leasing and development
- Work on joint ventures and real estate funds
- Address title, zoning, and land-use issues
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements
- Engage in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters
- Facilitate workout and restructuring transactions
- Support distressed asset acquisitions
- Conduct Chapter 7, 11, and out-of-court restructurings
- Represent lenders, borrowers, and investors
Requirements
- Current State License
- Strong job stability
- Solid academic credentials
- Recent and meaningful experience in the relevant practice area
- No insurance defense backgrounds (especially where insurer conflicts may arise)
- Hybrid schedule: 1–2 WFH days/week after training
- Training period (first ~3 months): in-office daily
