About the role
- Work on middle-market and sophisticated transactional matters including:
- Mergers & acquisitions (asset and stock deals)
- Private equity and venture capital transactions
- Securities offerings and compliance
- Corporate governance and entity formation
- Commercial contracts and strategic transactions
- Ongoing representation of emerging growth and established companies
Requirements
- **Current State License **
- Strong job stability
- Solid academic credentials
- Recent and meaningful experience in the relevant practice area
- **No insurance defense backgrounds** (especially where insurer conflicts may arise)
- Hybrid schedule: **1–2 WFH days/week** after training
- **Training period (first ~3 months): in-office daily**
