About the role

  • Advise clients on a wide range of **domestic and international trademark matters**
  • Trademark clearance, prosecution, and portfolio management

Requirements

  • - **Current State License **
  • - **5–7 years** of trademark law experience
  • - Experience handling U.S. and international trademark portfolios
  • - Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • - Experience with TTAB proceedings preferred
  • - Ability to manage matters independently and collaborate across practice groups
