About the role
- Experience Level: **5th–10+ Year Attorneys**
- Practice Focus: Health Care Litigation
- Locations: Los Angeles, Orange County, or Sacramento, CA
- Work Model: Hybrid / office-flexible by location
- Attorneys in this role will manage **multiple active litigation matters** and handle sophisticated health care-related disputes, including:
- Health care regulatory and compliance litigation
- Payor-provider disputes
- Managed care and reimbursement litigation
- Licensing, operational, and enforcement-related matters
- Complex commercial and business litigation involving health care entities
- **Note:** This role **does not involve medical malpractice** defense.
Requirements
- **Current State License **
- Direct **health care litigation experience** (excluding med-mal)** **OR**
- Strong **complex commercial litigation** background with demonstrated interest in health care law
- Experience managing multiple cases simultaneously
- Strong legal writing, motion practice, and case management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader litigation team
