About the role

  • Experience Level: **5th–10+ Year Attorneys**
  • Practice Focus: Health Care Litigation
  • Locations: Los Angeles, Orange County, or Sacramento, CA
  • Work Model: Hybrid / office-flexible by location
  • Attorneys in this role will manage **multiple active litigation matters** and handle sophisticated health care-related disputes, including:
  • Health care regulatory and compliance litigation
  • Payor-provider disputes
  • Managed care and reimbursement litigation
  • Licensing, operational, and enforcement-related matters
  • Complex commercial and business litigation involving health care entities
  • **Note:** This role **does not involve medical malpractice** defense.

Requirements

  • **Current State License **
  • Direct **health care litigation experience** (excluding med-mal)** **OR**
  • Strong **complex commercial litigation** background with demonstrated interest in health care law
  • Experience managing multiple cases simultaneously
  • Strong legal writing, motion practice, and case management skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader litigation team
