About the role
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and support revenue growth
- Develop and manage integrated campaigns across email, digital, events, and partner channels
- Define campaign objectives, target segments, and messaging in alignment with sales goals
- Partner with the Content Strategist to ensure campaigns are supported by strong assets
- Track and report on performance metrics including cost per lead, MQLs, SQLs, and ROI
- Provide regular campaign insights and recommendations to sales and leadership
- Manage campaign budgets, calendars, and reporting dashboards
- Use AI and analytics tools to enhance targeting, personalization, and efficiency
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and market feedback
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot and Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and communicate ROI
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, content, and leadership teams
- Campaigns consistently deliver high-quality leads that convert to revenue
- Completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in a related field
- At minimum 4–6 years of B2B demand generation or campaign management experience is required
- At minimum 1+ year(s) of marketing related work within the IT or Cyber industry is preferred
