About the role

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and support revenue growth
  • Develop and manage integrated campaigns across email, digital, events, and partner channels
  • Define campaign objectives, target segments, and messaging in alignment with sales goals
  • Partner with the Content Strategist to ensure campaigns are supported by strong assets
  • Track and report on performance metrics including cost per lead, MQLs, SQLs, and ROI
  • Provide regular campaign insights and recommendations to sales and leadership
  • Manage campaign budgets, calendars, and reporting dashboards
  • Use AI and analytics tools to enhance targeting, personalization, and efficiency
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and market feedback

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot and Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and communicate ROI
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, content, and leadership teams
  • Campaigns consistently deliver high-quality leads that convert to revenue
  • Completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in a related field
  • At minimum 4–6 years of B2B demand generation or campaign management experience is required
  • At minimum 1+ year(s) of marketing related work within the IT or Cyber industry is preferred
