About the role
- In this B2B sales role, you’ll be responsible for outside sales, generating new business, nurturing strategic partnerships, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- You’ll bring a passion for personal growth, a consultative approach to selling, and a proven ability to close deals in fast-paced environments.
- This position reports directly to the Director of Sales and works closely with cross-functional teams as necessary to accelerate sales growth and create a positive impact.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the coaching, leadership development, learning & development or professional services industries a plus.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and driving growth
- Experience selling to HR, L&D, OD, or Talent leaders is highly desirable.
- Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and digital sales tools.
- Execute tailored outreach strategies through cold calling, targeted emails, industry events, networking, etc.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly B2B sales quotas.
- Guide prospects through a needs-based discovery process to understand organizational challenges, talent development goals, retention needs, and growth potential.
- Create and present compelling proposals and solutions that align with each client’s values, culture, and business objectives.
- Represent the company at webinars, conferences, and events to elevate brand awareness and connect with potential clients.
- Contribute to the refinement of sales assets and messaging that resonate with HR, OD, and C-suite buyers.
- The ideal candidate must also be willing to travel up to 20% if necessary.
