About the role

  • In this B2B sales role, you’ll be responsible for outside sales, generating new business, nurturing strategic partnerships, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • You’ll bring a passion for personal growth, a consultative approach to selling, and a proven ability to close deals in fast-paced environments.
  • This position reports directly to the Director of Sales and works closely with cross-functional teams as necessary to accelerate sales growth and create a positive impact.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the coaching, leadership development, learning & development or professional services industries a plus.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and driving growth
  • Experience selling to HR, L&D, OD, or Talent leaders is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and digital sales tools.
  • Execute tailored outreach strategies through cold calling, targeted emails, industry events, networking, etc.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly B2B sales quotas.
  • Guide prospects through a needs-based discovery process to understand organizational challenges, talent development goals, retention needs, and growth potential.
  • Create and present compelling proposals and solutions that align with each client’s values, culture, and business objectives.
  • Represent the company at webinars, conferences, and events to elevate brand awareness and connect with potential clients.
  • Contribute to the refinement of sales assets and messaging that resonate with HR, OD, and C-suite buyers.
  • The ideal candidate must also be willing to travel up to 20% if necessary.
