Provide expert-level troubleshooting for Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
Be the recognized subject matter expert for the entire L3 team.
Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.
Create, implement, monitor, and troubleshoot client backup and recovery solutions.
Maintain and enhance internal IT infrastructure for optimal performance.
Proactively monitor and maintain critical client infrastructure.
Create and update comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent extensive professional experience (minimum 10+ years in advanced IT infrastructure roles).
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
Exceptional ability to troubleshoot and resolve highly complex, ambiguous technical issues with minimal supervision.
Proven expertise across a broad spectrum of modern IT infrastructure: Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows Server Administration, Networking, Virtualization, Microsoft Modern Workplace, Backup and Recovery.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
