About the role

  • Serve as the FP&A project lead and primary point of accountability for enterprise strategic initiatives, including acting as the business lead for FP&A and EPM tool implementations.
  • Lead project-based modeling and analysis to support large corporate initiatives, strategic transactions, and capital investments.
  • Own Drive advanced financial and capital modeling, including analysis of key drivers of free cash flow and their impact on business performance and strategic decisions.
  • Deliver high-quality financial analysis that goes beyond aggregation, focusing on interpretation, insights, implications, and clear recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Partner directly with senior leaders to develop assumptions, scenarios, and projections supporting annual planning, forecasting, and long-range initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables to ensure accurate, timely, and decision-ready financial outputs.
  • Maintain strong financial governance, documentation, and controls across FP&A processes and enterprise initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5 years of people management experience
  • 10 years of relevant experience
  • Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (what will set you apart)

  • 7+ years of people management experience (what will set you apart)
  • 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance (what will set you apart)
  • Demonstrated responsibility for complex financial analysis, modeling, and decision support.
