Analyze financial and operational data to support financial planning, operating expense management, and FP&A systems.
Prepare various deliverables for financial reporting needs, including GAAP and STAT reporting.
Take ownership, identify process improvement opportunities for existing processes.
Develop reporting that provides key business insights and aid in strategic decision-making process.
Prepare, analyze and report detailed expense reporting, including tracking actual performance against budget and forecast.
Perform other month end/quarter end accounting processes, such as preparing and posting journal entries.
Analyze key performing metrics and provide strategic insights based on the analysis.
Maintain adequate documentation and controls over existing processes.
Assist in training and development of analysts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
At least 7 years of related work experience with 5 years of Financial Analysis experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Points skills, Tableau, Alteryx, Hyperion, Essbase, Concur, Business Objects, and Microsoft highlights.
Understand, extract and transform data from various key financial systems and tools (Hyperion, Essbase, Concur, Business Objects and Microsoft suite).
