About the role

  • Process complex applications and post-issue transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
  • Provide support and guidance to offshore processing teams by answering questions and clarifying complex issues.
  • Manage and resolve escalated cases, investigating root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Assist with updating procedures and documentation as needed.
  • Assist with inventory management activities, by reviewing work queues and automated processes.
  • Aid in identifying opportunities for process improvements, providing feedback to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness of business operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED in general studies
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of related work experience
  • Strong understanding of the specific rules, regulations and internal processes related to applications, transactions, and inventory management
  • Strong ability to analyze & problem solve complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication to effectively collaborate, clearly and concisely interact with both offshore and onshore teams, internal stakeholders, and management
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to address questions and concerns in a professional and helpful manner
