About the role
- Responsible for daily operations and profitability of one or more retail locations.
- Serve and educate customers on product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
- Interact with customers to confirm or clarify information and diffuse complaints.
- Handle cash, including managing cash drawers and deposits.
- Perform customer verifications to validate information.
- Process all transactions accurately including loans and check cashing.
- Comply with federal and state regulations and company policies.
- Maintain store staff schedule and assist covering other stores.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling
- 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, work in an autonomous environment, and provide store level leadership
- Must have own personal reliable transportation in compliance with published policy and procedure
- Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and valid Automobile Insurance while employed by the company
