About the role

  • Develop, implement, and integrate front-end and back-end applications using a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and low or no-code services.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to understand the designed technical architecture and ensure optimal performance during implementation.
  • Provide hands-on support to Operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continually stay up to date with current and emerging technologies to ensure that the software development and implementation process is optimized.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with the current technical solutions during development and implementation.
  • Assess the business impact of certain technical choices during software development and recommend adjustments based on these assessments.
  • Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with organization leaders and the technology team to identify problems and develop innovative software solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Solutions Engineer, Full Stack Software Engineer, or similar role.
  • In-depth understanding of coding languages and their applications, Web Application frameworks, and low or no-code services.
  • Working knowledge of various operating systems and databases.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, with a focus on implementing designed application architecture and leveraging low or no-code services where appropriate.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous project management experience
