About the role

  • Responsible for building and executing practice transformation playbook(s).
  • Define, build and execute a Practice Transformation Concierge Process that includes engagement with pre-affiliation, onboarding and advisory support teams.
  • Responsible for tracking success stories and reporting on results and outcomes of practice transformation engagements and implementations with advisors.
  • Partner closely with Financial Planning & Analysis and CBA teams to create & deliver practice transformation and transition assistance offers.
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve the engagement and execution model.
  • Responsible for executing successful implementation and partner hand-offs of practice transformation plans.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated understanding of an advisor recruiting processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Services or Broker Dealer industry
  • Practice development and advisor recruiting experience
  • Series 7, 24, 66 required.
