• Process daily bank transactions and manage day-to-day cash moves; populate cash reports; move funds for AP, payroll, etc.
• Provide weekly credit card transactions to cardholders to be coded; import all credit card transactions and reconcile to statements
• Recognize client payments in QBO as they are received
• Record journal entry for bi-weekly payroll, recognizing all employer expense and liabilities
• Month-end close: revenue recognition, validate completed projects, expense recognition, identify expense accruals and correct miscoding
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations including cash accounts, payroll liabilities, deferred revenue, accrued expenses, prepaid accounts, equity accounts

• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information, resolve discrepancies, and drive accounting process improvements to support growth

• Own translation of ideas into reality and protect CNC from costly mistakes
• Technical oversight of all builds from scope to install
• Review renderings, tech drawings, and vendor quotes to flag red flags early
• Brief vendors: ensure they get the right specs, drawings, and expectations
• Manage sample/prototype requests, review, and approve finish samples and key elements
• Lead fabrication timelines and manage production schedules for all builds
• Be onsite for installs or manage trusted field leads to guarantee execution matches creative
• Collaborate tightly with Creative, Production, and Ops to ensure feasibility, quality, and margin protection

Fabrication Manager

• Provide creative production direction and input during pre-sale RFP development
• Draft and own production strategy and approach slides and present to prospective clients
• Lead budget planning, strategic development, and feasibility analysis across multiple creative concepts and RFPs
• Build detailed budgets based on client briefs and objectives and align with creative team to stay within budget
• Offer insights on cost implications of creative ideas and propose adjustments to maximize impact while managing spend
• Develop detailed workback timelines and provide logistical insights to strengthen proposals
• Research and source venues and vendors tailored to project needs and timelines
• Collaborate with vendors to secure accurate estimates for services and materials
