- Establish relationships with business partners and provide actuarial guidance
- Build strong relationships with peers and leaders to influence strategy
- Provide analyses and insights to assist in determining pricing strategy
- Proactively monitor profitability and claims trends and share results
- Communicate findings to analytical staff and business partners
- Drive innovation in processes and maintain clear documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent
- Typically a minimum of seven years of related work experience
- ACAS designation and working towards FCAS
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Advanced actuarial technical expertise
- Experience building successful business partnerships
