About the role
- Manage the most complex, highest exposure Employment Practices Liability, Private and Not-For-Profit D&O
- Manage an inventory of the most complex EPL and Private and Not-For-Profit D&O
- Ensure exceptional customer service by driving continuous improvements
- Drive the resolution of claims by collaborating with internal and external business partners
- Achieve quality standards by effectively managing each claim
- Prepare and present high profile, complex information to senior leadership, customers, counsel, and others and coordinate communication of resolution strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, JD Preferred
- Typically a ten years of relevant or related experience
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain an Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days of hire, where applicable
- Expert knowledge of Specialty insurance industry, products, policy language, coverage, and claim practices
- Extensive experience interpreting Specialty insurance policies and coverage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn business-related software
