About the role
- Prospect and develop partnerships with companies (B2B), actively and passively sourcing leads
- Contact companies via email, WhatsApp, phone and CRM
- Conduct commercial meetings, both online and in person
- Visit companies to present CNA institutionally and formalize partnerships
- Prepare and present commercial proposals and negotiate terms
- Support partner companies, providing assistance with corporate initiatives and events
- Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports to monitor and measure results
- Train and enable the CNA franchise network to identify and secure new partnerships
- Work collaboratively with internal departments and franchisees
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial roles, consultative sales or B2B partnerships
- Advanced English (able to conduct meetings and professional interactions)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Availability for company visits and occasional travel
- Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems

- Experience with corporate partnerships, agreements or employee benefits programs
- Experience in education, language schools, training or HR companies
- Experience engaging with HR departments and corporate leadership
