About the role
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for new employees
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and administer tests and group exercises
- Maintain communication with candidates and schedule feedback sessions
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure appropriate hires
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract talent
- Assist with onboarding of new employees
Requirements
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for new employees
- Screen incoming resumes to identify candidates who meet the job requirements
- Schedule and conduct individual and group interviews with candidates
- Administer psychological and technical tests, and group exercises to assess candidates
- Communicate with candidates, providing feedback on the selection process
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract new talent
- Keep the company's recruitment management systems (including ATS) up to date
- Assist with onboarding new employees, providing information about the company and internal processes
- Collaborate with the HR team on projects and initiatives to continuously improve recruitment and selection processes
- Participate in training and development to enhance skills in recruitment and selection
- Contribute to building an inclusive and diverse organizational culture
