About the role

  • Provide analytical support for the deal pipeline in commercial lending.
  • Act as a key coordinator in due diligence and investigate loan requests.
  • Develop technical skills by analyzing property performance and creditworthiness.
  • Collaborate to draft Mortgage Presentations.
  • Coordinate with teams to facilitate the funding process.
  • Monitor the real estate landscape nationwide and track market dynamics.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in finance, economics, real estate, business administration, or a related field.
  • One (1) year of experience in commercial real estate underwriting, valuation, risk, or credit analysis will be considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in English and French will be considered an asset.
  • Deep understanding of financial statements and market trends.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach.
  • Strong skills in managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Ability to identify inconsistencies in complex datasets and investigate underlying issues.
