About the role
- Conduct annual loan reviews including affordability testing, DSCR/LTV assessments, and trend analysis to evaluate the performance of your assigned files
- Handle loan conversions and post-funding requests, ensuring every project stays on track through its term
- Partner with leaders at top-tier real estate firms to obtain project and financial information
- Create deal-specific memos for unique credit events, translating complex information into clear, actionable summaries
- Oversee the collection, review, and tracking of necessary documents for loan conversions and reviews
- Collaborate daily with a diverse team of account managers, analysts, and funders from coast to coast
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and French (verbal and written)
- Post-secondary education in finance, economics, real estate, business administration, or a related field
- One (1) year of experience in commercial real estate experience will be considered an asset
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using Excel or Power BI is considered a valuable asset
