Conduct annual loan reviews, including affordability testing, debt service coverage ratio (DSCR) assessments, and loan-to-value (LTV) evaluations.
Manage loan conversions and post‑financing requests, ensuring each project meets deadlines throughout its lifecycle.
Collaborate with senior executives at leading real estate firms to obtain financial and project-related information.
Prepare memoranda for unique credit events, translating complex information into clear, actionable summaries.
Oversee the collection, review, and tracking of documents required for conversions and loan reviews.

Requirements

Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
Proactive and self-directed approach.
Post-secondary education in finance, economics, real estate, business administration, or a related field.
While not required, experience manipulating and analyzing data with Excel or Power BI is considered a valuable asset.
One (1) year of commercial real estate experience will be considered an asset.
