About the role

  • Coordinate and prepare the installation and commissioning of simulators
  • Travel to client sites for simulator installation and customer training
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot anomalies related to software, mechanical, and electrical components
  • Provide technical support for simulators and simulation software to customers
  • Participate in large-scale deployments at customer facilities
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to investigate and resolve issues
  • Deliver after-sales service, including installation, configuration, and training support
  • Maintain a professional company image and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Technical training with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong customer focus, with experience in customer training and support
  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is an asset
  • Experience with professional travel; willing to travel internationally (valid driver’s license & passport required)
  • Proficient in computer hardware, software, networking, and Windows OS
  • Skilled in using voltmeters and other diagnostic tools
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, organized, and strong analytical thinker
