About the role
- Coordinate and prepare the installation and commissioning of simulators
- Travel to client sites for simulator installation and customer training
- Diagnose and troubleshoot anomalies related to software, mechanical, and electrical components
- Provide technical support for simulators and simulation software to customers
- Participate in large-scale deployments at customer facilities
- Collaborate with customer support teams to investigate and resolve issues
- Deliver after-sales service, including installation, configuration, and training support
- Maintain a professional company image and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Technical training with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong customer focus, with experience in customer training and support
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is an asset
- Experience with professional travel; willing to travel internationally (valid driver’s license & passport required)
- Proficient in computer hardware, software, networking, and Windows OS
- Skilled in using voltmeters and other diagnostic tools
- Self-motivated, autonomous, organized, and strong analytical thinker
