About the role
- Define operational workflows, support system design, and ensure that business processes are accurately represented in Manhattan WMS and OMS solutions.
- Work closely with Super Users, Operations, IT, and Training teams to build standardized SOPs and work instructions that drive successful deployments and long-term adoption.
- Provide business input to configuration and development teams during implementation phases.
- Validate system behavior against business requirements through QA and UAT processes.
- Serve as a knowledge resource for Manhattan platform capabilities and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in warehouse or order management process design and implementation.
- Strong familiarity with Manhattan WMS and/or OMS platforms.
- Experience working in 3PL, distribution, or fulfillment environments required.
- Experience in cross-functional deployment teams preferred.
