About the role

Identify process improvements across our contract logistics warehouse business operations.
Deliver project improvements with focus on identifying opportunities and process re-engineering.
Provide guidance and support to sites to enable them to successfully conduct and complete Kaizen activities.
Develop and maintain BPE tools: such as 5S & Scheduling tool, performance boards, productivity reports.
Guide and drive operations teams to achieve target levels on site accreditation program.

Tertiary qualified in industrial engineering (or related) with solid experience in a related role.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with utilizing process improvement tools, Kaizen, Lean, etc.
Clear communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendations.
Strong MS Excel skills including use of VLOOKUPS, pivot tables (bonus: VBA, Macros).
Bonus: AutoCAD or similar.
