About the role
- Work closely with design engineers, supply chain, quality, and operations teams to bring new designs into production.
- Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes for new products, including assembly steps, testing, and quality checks.
- Support prototype builds and pilot runs to identify risks and refine processes before full-scale launch.
- Drive improvements in cost efficiency, production yield, and product quality.
- Join a fast-paced design and manufacturing team focused on introducing new products (NPI).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA).
- Project management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing and safety.
