About the role

  • Developing and managing customer relationships.
  • Driving sales growth and promoting CMA CGM Group’s services.
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities across import and export markets.
  • Conducting regular client calls and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Supporting the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and sales action plans.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and providing insights to the State Manager.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics, ideally in sales or customer service.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in negotiations.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • High level of organisation, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.
