- Oversee ongoing customer service focusing on daily operations
- Responsible for steering overall customer relationship and ensuring global operational performance
- Develop and maintain strategic account roadmap
- Collaborate with Internal Control Tower teams and global support functions
Requirements
- University degree; ideally master’s degree or related secondary degree
- 10-15 years of working experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Logistics
- Experience managing customers in international settings
- Experience managing a P&L
- Knowledge of Lean Methodology and/or Business Process Management
