About the role
- Draft, negotiate and secure international commercial and industrial contracts
- Support business units in structuring their contractual frameworks
- Identify, assess and mitigate legal risks
- Contribute to contract management knowledge and process and process improvements
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business law / contract law / international business law
- 3 to 5 years of experience in contract law within a large international group or a law firm
- Experience negotiating international contracts and large-scale projects
- Expertise in contract law
- Understanding of intermodal and logistics environments, maritime procurement and infrastructure
- Ability to manage long-term projects with significant financial commitments
- Professional working proficiency in French and English
