About the role
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for complex and strategic roles
- Partner closely with senior hiring managers and HR stakeholders
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies
- Provide expert advice to hiring managers
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes
- Leverage recruitment data and HR analytics
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Act as an ambassador of the Group’s values
- Contribute to the Group’s talent acquisition transformation
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong expertise in headhunting and proactive sourcing strategies
- Experience managing complex recruitment processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment
- Data-driven mindset with an interest in recruitment analytics
- Proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented approach
- Fluent in French and English
