About the role

  • Lead end-to-end testing activities for CEVA’s multi-year deployment of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Order Management System (OMS) across 50+ U.S. warehouse operations.
  • Ensure warehouse operations teams are fully prepared and that business processes are validated prior to go-live.
  • Monitor System Integration Testing (SIT) and Manhattan unit testing to ensure defects are identified, triaged, and resolved efficiently before entering UAT.
  • Serve as the primary owner of test governance, execution quality, and readiness reporting across the program.
  • Develop and manage the overall testing strategy, test plans, and execution framework for Manhattan Active WMS and OMS deployments.
  • Own UAT planning and execution across deployments, ensuring test coverage aligns to warehouse operations and customer-specific requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field required.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in testing leadership roles supporting WMS, OMS, or enterprise supply chain technology deployments.
  • Proven experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for warehouse operations or fulfillment implementations.
  • Experience coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT) and validating end-to-end integration workflows across multiple systems.
  • Strong preference for experience with Manhattan Associates WMS/OMS (Manhattan Active experience highly preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multi-site implementations within a 3PL, contract logistics, or distribution environment.
