About the role

  • Lead and manage all inventory control activities across the site to ensure strong inventory record accuracy and operational compliance
  • Oversee cycle counts, stocktakes and reconciliation processes while investigating and resolving discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain inventory control procedures and governance frameworks aligned with CEVA operational standards
  • Lead, coach and develop Inventory Controllers to ensure consistent execution of inventory processes
  • Analyse inventory trends, discrepancies and stock movements to identify improvement opportunities
  • Ensure warehouse management systems and reporting tools are used effectively to maintain system integrity and support decision-making
  • Lead investigations into stock discrepancies and losses, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with operations leaders and customers to provide reporting, insights and inventory recommendations
  • Support inbound and outbound inventory compliance including pallet control and product handling processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives relating to inventory accuracy, warehouse utilisation and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing inventory control in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Experience leading or supervising inventory teams within logistics and supply chain operations
  • Strong warehouse management system capability and understanding of inventory transaction management
  • Advanced analytical capability including Microsoft Excel and operational reporting tools
  • Experience conducting discrepancy investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Ability to collaborate closely with operational leaders and customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
