💰 $68,856 - $86,070 per year

About the role

  • Oversee site operations, ensuring high level of service, profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Manager and Director to support compliance initiatives.
  • Conduct entry review and audits to ensure accuracy with U.S. Customs regulations.
  • Monitor and implement updates to Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS).
  • Review and approve Powers of Attorney (POAs) for customs brokers.
  • Prepare and file Customs reconciliation entries for timely submissions.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and support internal compliance reporting.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners for proper classification and documentation of imported goods.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum five years related experience
  • Minimum three years supervisory or managerial experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred or equivalent combination of work experience and education
  • Three years of industry experience preferred
  • Valid state issued Driver's License
  • Forklift Driver Certification
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications
