About the role
- Manage physical inventory counts (monthly, quarterly, etc.)
- Ensure ongoing inventory accuracy
- Coordinate the timing of file extracts and reconciliation programs
- Investigate, resolve and prevent inventory discrepancies
- Create and distribute daily inventory reconciliation reports
- Coordinate and monitor automated stock transfers
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate's Degree in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain Management, preferred
- Minimum two to three years related experience
- Experienced in database analysis and inventory planning
- Minimum one to three years industry experience, preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and job specific software applications
- Accurate typing/data entry skills
