About the role
- Direct daily activities of Warehouse Associates involved in Receiving, Picking, Packing, and Releasing of products
- Check and evaluate Associates' performance and ensure smooth operations
- Assign specific tasks to Associates for maximum output
- Ensure a healthy work environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum three years related experience
- Minimum one year industry experience preferred
- Must be PC literate
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
